Wafer Frames

We stamp wafer frames for 12-inch (300 mm) wafers in 420 stainless steel, as a contract stamping supplier. These are the frames used to hold a wafer on tape during dicing, also called dicing frames or film frames.

Frames are made to customer drawings and blanked on our own dies, and flatness is checked by sampling inspection. Grinding and final packaging are done by the customer or their finishing partner; we know the downstream process and stamp to suit it.
