Tooling & Dies

We design and build stamping dies, jigs and inspection fixtures in our own shop. Most are made for the parts we stamp. We also supply complete tooling separately, for customers who run it on their own lines.

Tooling we supply

  • Complete blister tooling (format parts) for pharmaceutical packaging lines, covering the forming, sealing and punching stations, for Alu-Alu (cold-form) and thermoform (PVC/Alu, also called PTP) blisters
  • High-precision trimming and die-cutting tools for molded fiber (molded pulp) products
  • Stamping dies, jigs and inspection fixtures to customer drawings

Lead time

A typical die takes about 45 days, including samples. Simpler tools can be completed in as little as 15 days, depending on complexity.
